Romantic, lots of character, some stairs.

About 5 minutes from where we live and about 25 minutes from Miwok meadows.

Less character but good pricing. They have a heated pool and hot tub, easy access, and large suite rooms with substantial living / dining room areas.

This hotel is about 15 minutes from where we live and about 35 minutes from Miwok meadows.

The valley is 25 minutes out of town - between us and the coast. It is romantic, rural and quaint, if a little out of the way. They only have a few rooms so book in advance.

They are attached to one of our favorite restaurants in Marin - 'The Two Bird Cafe'.

The Two Bird Cafe is also where we will be having our 'Out of Towner's Dinner' on Saturday the 22nd.
